[ Product Overview ]

This is an exceptionally unique and culturally rich vintage CITIZEN quartz pocket watch, reference number 6020-N07887-Y, cased and masterfully finished in Japan. It features a compact 29mm round base metal case plated in a brilliant polished gold tone. The true highlight of this rare timepiece is its exquisite reverse caseback design, decorated with a traditional Japanese lacquer-style or damascene-inspired multi-colored floral pattern featuring golden chrysanthemums and flowing arabesque vines against a textured dark backdrop. Complete with its original deep green braided textile cord and matching decorative tassel (reminiscent of a classic Japanese Inro pouch accessory), this pocket watch showcases refined late-20th-century Japanese cultural artistry.

[ Item Condition & Status ]

Status: Pre-owned vintage condition. The watch has been previously confirmed to be functional when powered, but it is currently missing its battery and is being sold strictly as-is without any operational guarantee. The exterior displays beautiful cosmetic preservation with minimal signs of handling and vintage aging. The polished gold-toned case profile and smooth bezel edges show very fine surface scuffs and minor hairline marks from storage. The mineral crystal glass remains clear and free of noticeable scratches. The beautiful traditional floral artistic design on the reverse side is remarkably intact. The original green braided tassel cord remains securely attached with minor fuzzing at the very tip. Please review all uploaded high-resolution photographs carefully to evaluate the exact cosmetic condition before bidding.
