Condition & Store Policy

• Authenticity & Condition: Every piece is a pre-owned vintage item with individual character, showcasing organic wear, fine hairline scratches, or handling patina. Please examine the photos closely as they form a crucial part of the description.
• Operation: Current functionality is detailed in the product overview above. Vintage timepieces may exhibit minor timing variances over time.
• Consumables: Remaining battery life for quartz models is unverified. As consumables, batteries and option functions are sold strictly as-is.
• Water Resistance: Vintage seals have not been pressure-tested. Please prevent any water exposure to safeguard internal components.
• Returns & Compatibility: To ensure a smooth transaction, we do not accept returns based on buyer preference, slight color variations, size expectations, or region-specific signal compatibility. All sales are final.

Shipping & Handling

• Standard Method: Our standard shipping is handled securely via Japan Post (Registered Airmail / Air Packet) with an international tracking number provided. All items are packed with commercial-grade cushioning.
• Shipping Delays: Please note that transit times may vary. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by global logistics issues, customs processing bottlenecks, local postal strikes, or severe weather conditions.
• Express Option (FedEx / DHL): For faster and fully guaranteed transit, premium expedited shipping via FedEx or DHL is available at checkout for an additional upgrade fee.

International Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), customs brokerage fees, and country-specific taxes are determined by your local government and are managed independently of our store.

• United States: To ensure absolute transparency and no unexpected hidden bills upon arrival, appropriate customs clearing margins have been seamlessly integrated directly into the final shipping costs shown at checkout.
• EU, UK, & Other Destinations: Applicable import fees are the buyer's sole legal responsibility and will be managed and assessed by local customs authorities or international couriers during entry.
